L’Association des soins palliatifs en hospice de la Nouvelle-Écosse est fière de présenter la conférence NSHPCA 2026, un rassemblement de deux jours dédié à renforcer les connaissances, la collaboration et l’innovation en soins palliatifs et de fin de vie. Le thème de cette année, Comprendre l’approche palliative et les soins de fin de vie tout au long de la vie, réunit des professionnels de la santé, des organisations communautaires, des chercheurs, des aidants et des personnes ayant une expérience vécue pour explorer comment des soins compatissants et centrés sur la personne peuvent être offerts à tous les âges et à toutes les étapes de la vie.
Organisée au Best Western Bridgewater, la conférence mettra en vedette des conférenciers experts, des séances interactives, des occasions de réseautage et un regain d’intérêt pour améliorer les soins palliatifs à travers la Nouvelle-Écosse.
